Little of this and a little of that

The pictures shown above are items that I have around my house. There are statues, plaques and photos that I have collected throughout the years. As you can see I have a love for Egypt and that skulls are actually movie props from King Kong. I thought it would be fun to include the pets that I have at my house. Trooper is our mini schnauzer, we have two hamsters Teddy and Lila and a few fish.

  1. Haha Jaime I love your collage, you took a whole bunch of things that you love and you put them all together and I like the different sizes and colors that attract your eyes.

  2. Its pretty cool! That shows that we can all make our home into a photography lab! :) I liked varies of subjects you made in the collage. It can make me have different "emotional reactions". For example, I feel creepy when see teeth then changed to "cuddly" when see your pets' pictures. I like to see things from Egypt, because it made me feel like I am in the old time of Egypt!

  5. Hi Jaime,

Wow! Your collage shows so many different things; it is very interesting. I've noticed since the beginning of this class that I look around my environment with a new set of eyes. That's great that you were able to go around your home and take photos of so many different things. I really like your dog's nose being close to the middle. I also like the T-Rex with his teeth showing. The pictures are so different, but when they are put into a collage they seem perfect together. Great job!

  6. This is quite the eccentric mix of toys, pets and mysterious art objects. Sounds like it's a good reflection on your home-style, so makes for a fun collage.
